Our "calendar" page provides details of the events, workshops, seminars and Holiday activities provided by Our Place from January through to July. We hope that many of you will join us for our May Family Day Out to Cotswold Park, and I shall look forward to lunching out with some of our older girls in June.
There is a new Half Term programme for 4 - 7 year olds with Ally, which many of our post-Tots will enjoy, so do sign up early for that day.
I’d like to call your attention to the 28 February workshop on looking at Effective Adoption Support as I think that will be a very valuable talk and discussion for most of you.
I would also like to highlight the 25 April Panel of Young Adult Adoptees as parents will learn a lot from listening to these young women talk about their adoption experiences.
As always, we have tried to offer to you a wide variety of workshops that encompass the many needs and interests of adoptive parents and foster carers. Professionals working with these families are always welcome to come too, and their participation provides for diverse discussions. Each month will have at least one adult workshop so do please look through our "calendar" page well in advance to be sure that you don’t miss out on something that is important to you.
Don’t forget too that Individual Educational Tuition is available. Just phone Sara and talk with her about what educational input you might like for your child.
